BKimche Wedding Makeup

By paying your deposit, you are a agreeing to Bkimche Makeup's terms and conditions, so please read carefully before confirming your booking.

Deposit

Please note that all deposits are non returnable, unless cancelled by Bkimche makeup.
No booking is guaranteed until the deposit has been paid.
Once the deposit is paid, you will receive booking confirmation.
The deposit ammount will be deducted from your final balance.

Quotes

Quotations are only guaranteed for 7 days from the intial inquiry.
If the deposit has been paid, and the booking has been confirmed, the final balance will not be affected by any potential price increases.

Payment

The final balance will be due a minimum of seven days before the booking date, if paying by BACS.
Cash payments are accepted, and are at Bkimche makeups discretion and will be paid in full upon arrival. Please note that no service will begin until payment has been received, so have any cash payments prepared in full beforehand.
Cheque and Paypal payments are not accepted.
Bkimche Makeup will communicate your payment deadline date and send a payment reminder 14 days before the booking date. Unless already settled.
Payments made after the agreed date will incure a late fee of +10% of your total booking for every day that it is over.
For example: Total amount £200, days over payment date X2. New amount owed £242.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation by the booking party, the deposit will not be returned.
The final amount will still need to be paid depending on when the cancellation is made.
- Four weeks before the booking date - 50% of the final amount will be owed
- Seven days before the booking date - 100% of the final amount will be owed.

Changes To The Booking

If any changes are required to the booking, the booking party must notify Bkimche Makeup via email ASAP. Changes will be confirmed in writing and are are at Bkimche makeups discretion.
From the moment the deposit is paid, the booking party is responsible for paying the full final balance even if the number of people needing makeup is decreased.
Additions in the number of bookings can be made at Bkimche Makeups discretion, and may incur further charges and assistant fees.
Changes in location may incur a further travel fee.
If there is a change to date and or time, Bkimche Makeup can not guarantee her availability and attendance.

Time Delays

Bkimche makeup will not be held responsible for any delays caused by events beyond their control. No refund or compensation will be given in the event of delays caused by other wedding vendors, guests, or members of the bridal party. Trials are encouraged to avoid any potential time delays.
Please ensure that every member of your party is aware of timings on the day and that they stay available.
Please ensure that you/party member remain seated whilst having the makeup applied to avoid any time delays.

Allergies

It is the booking parties responsibility to inform Bkimche Makeup of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have and may be affected by using any tools or products.
Bkimche makeup will not be held responsible for any reactions that may occur.

Trials

In the event that a trial is conducted in a private address please ensure the area that the trial takes place on a non carpeted floor (if possible) with space for Bkimche's kit and plenty of lighting.
It is the booking parties responsibility to ensure that the trial is held in suitable place. Makeup can be messy so to avoid any potential mess please bear this in mind when selecting a place to hold it. In light of this Bkimche will not be held responsible for any potential damage caused.

Kit

Please ensure that Bkimches kit and personal effects are not touched by yourself or any other members of the bridal party (including minors) this is for hygiene reasons.
Any potential damage/breakages to Bkimche's kit or personal effects caused by yourself or bridal party (including minors) will be replaced/financially compensated by the initial booking party.
Any potential theft of Bkimche's kit or personal effects will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted. Any theft will be replaced/financially compensated by the initial booking party.

Facial Contraindications & Illness

Any facial contraindications (Sunburn, open wounds or sores, active cold sores, active face rash, conjunctivitis or any other viral, bacterial or fungal infections) must be brought to Bkimches attention prior to makeup application.
Any active illness (Flu, cold, COVID 19 or any viral, bacterial and fungal infections) must be brought to Bkimches attention before makeup application.
Please note that in light of any facial contraindications or any active illness that the service may be cancelled or altered. This is to protect bkimches health, and to minimise contamination of her kit. The booking will be rescheduled if possible and no refunds will be issued in this instance.
